As you might already know, on our website logo I’m the one on the right. If you take a closer look, you’ll notice that the mug I’m holding is green — and it actually represents a real one. But green is not just a colour.

My dear friend Norbi gifted me this mug for New Year, about eight years ago. I had come home for the holidays, and we met to exchange gifts, as we always used to. I still remember a message from her earlier that December - she asked which colour I would choose, pink or green (without saying what it was for). We’re still doing this, by the way - asking each other to pick a colour without revealing what it’s for. There’s also a story about t-shirts, but that’s for another post ;)

There would have been no wrong choice of colour, of course. I picked green, so the mug is white and has a green knitted “sweater.” It wraps around the mug, can be taken off if needed, and even has a little red button — super cute.

Since then, this mug has been my constant companion at the office. Over the years, it’s sparked so many fun little jokes with my colleagues — like someone asking in summer whether my mug isn’t feeling too hot, or commenting in winter that it’s perfectly dressed for the season.

This mug has always been unique. And, of course, I absolutely love it — because it reminds me of my friend ;)
